The Team Member's job is to be the face of Roti Modern Mediterranean and go above and beyond for Roti customers. What Your Day Might Look Like:

  • Greet customers with a warm smile, offer menu knowledge to first-time customers and properly answer any questions. Provide customers with such exceptional hospitality that they'll come back and maybe even bring a friend along.

  • Act with a sense of urgency toward all customers in the restaurant

  • Prepare food with love - this means diligently following recipes and storing food properly

  • Ensure overall cleanliness of the restaurant so that our customers feel right at home

  • Act with integrity by operating cash register, handling balance and following all cash handling procedures

  • Effectively handle customer complaints/issues. We treat our customers with respect and dignity, exactly how we want to be treated!

A Few Essentials:

Purpose of Position: PHOP Outreach Support Team Members provide outreach and community education to Navy and U.S. Marine Corps reservists, family members, and commands. Team Members are responsible for outreach, liaison, education, and training activities at assigned reserved units. They serve as community liaisons sharing information about services offered to reservists and families in support of psychological health, especially post-deployment. Team Members are cross-functional, able to provide behavioral health screenings and case management services, as needed to support the full mission of the PHOP. This position is in anticipation of a contract award. Duties: * Provide briefings and training on psychological health topics at reserve unit events, family weekends, command trainings and other events, per frequency and requirements outlined in contract Performance Work Statement. * Provide outreach to reservists and families via social media, email, and telephone to increase knowledge of and access to PHOP services * Contact all Reservists in region identified as having returned from deployment within the last six months and refer for services as warranted. * Complete Behavioral Health screenings utilizing approved PHOP screening tools as assigned. * Work with Outreach Coordinators to maintain Referral Resource Directory for use in case management services. * Complete data entry and reports following PHOP Program procedures. * Stand Watch responding to 24 hour phone calls as assigned by PHOP Program Manager * Participate in PHOP training as offered. * Travel to reserve units to deliver Outreach Services Required Experience Requirements: * Master's degree in a clinical field, eg. Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling * Independently licensed in clinical field. * Experience providing counseling to military population preferred. * Available to travel up to.40% * Able to complete and pass security screening as required by PHOP contract.
