Job Description: Team Member Night Shift

We are currently seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team as a Team Member for the Night Shift. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient and smooth operations during the night shift period. Responsibilities:

1.Execute Duties: Perform essential duties assigned for the night shift, including but not limited to customer service, cash handling, stocking, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

2.Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their needs and concerns, and handling inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently.

3.Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash transactions, process payments, and complete sales transactions promptly while adhering to established cash handling procedures.

4.Stocking: Ensure shelves are properly stocked and organized, maintaining inventory levels, and restocking.

5.Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness of the store during the night shift, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces, restrooms, and other areas as needed.

6.Safety and Security: Follow and enforce safety, security, and emergency procedures, including identifying and reporting any potential hazards or incidents to the appropriate supervisor.

7.Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to ensure teamwork, cooperation, and productivity during the night shift. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues, concerns, or suggestions.

8.Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations, including but not limited to health and safety standards, code of conduct, and operational guidelines.

Qualifications:

1.Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

2.Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.

3.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

4.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

5.Good communication skills.

6.Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

7.Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as per the assigned schedule.

8.Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.

9`. Physical ability to lift, carry, and stock products, as well as perform cleaning and standing for extended periods.
