General Job Description:

Delight guests through the preparation and sale of menu items. They work closely with fellow team members and managers to make sure each guest receives the highest quality products and service in a friendly, professional manner. The TM is an effective part of Mighty Fine and maintains confidentiality, loyalty and other company standards as directed.

Responsibilities & Tasks:

1. Positive attitude.

2. Sense of urgency.

3. Menu knowledge.

4. Friendly Interaction with our guests.

5. Take guests orders.

6. Follows proper food handling and food safety practices.

7. Builds perfect burgers exactly as ordered, working on several different orders simultaneously.

8. Adds produce and mayonnaise to burgers according to the order.

9. Properly toasts buns using the bun toaster.

10. Wraps burgers neatly and correctly.

11. Maintains a clean and organized work area.

12.Works with other Mighty Fine team members as a team player.

13.Works with speed and efficiency while maintaining excellent guest service standards and quality

assurance.

14.Completes daily and weekly cleaning duties as scheduled. Cleans and sanitizes kitchen areas.

15.Reports to work on time and dressed in the correct uniform.

16.Understands company policies and procedures as outlined in the Team Member Handbook.

17.Performs other tasks or duties as directed by the GM or restaurant manager.

What You'll Do: Promote Safety. Take an active role in prioritizing safety throughout the operation for yourself and others at all times in accordance with MSHA and Vulcan standards. Repair and Maintain Plant Equipment. Perform repairs and maintenance throughout the plant including screen changes, conveyor belt repair and adjustment, wear parts replacement, crusher liner changes, and water pump service. Perform cutting, grinding, and welding as needed. Inspect Equipment and Structures. Perform daily inspections and maintenance of the plant equipment in order to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operations to maximize production and minimize interruptions. Monitor Processes and Materials. Monitor and review the plant, specifically various aggregate crushing, washing, and screening areas to identify problems and ensure safety and materials compliance. Document and Record Information. Enter and maintain service and lubrication reports regarding the plant equipment used to ensure preventative maintenance is up to date. Perform General Physical Activities. Perform a variety of tasks that assist with the operation of the plant, including cleaning, washing, sweeping, and shoveling materials. Additional Responsibilities. Other duties as assigned. Skills You'll Need: Experience. Previous experience in the aggregate or construction industry is preferred. Knowledge of Best Practices. Knowledge of general principles and practices of industrial maintenance, construction, or aggregate production is preferred. Flexibility. Must be able to work overtime and extended hours depending on customer and company demands. Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions and tolerate being exposed to loud noises.
