We are looking for an outstanding crew member to join our team!

You will be working with a fun, positive, and efficient team to provide guests an experience that will keep them coming back each day. Good Treats, LLC is a franchisee of Dunkin' that aims to offer convenience for everyday busy people. We aim to establish and maintain a long-term close relationship with our guests, within our trade area by offering outstanding service, superior product quality, a broad range offering of beverages, donuts and sandwiches at affordable prices.

We have locations in:

Atwater Village, Burbank, Glendale, Santa Clarita, and Van Nuys

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service - Provides guest service, resolves guest issues, understands and exceeds guest expectations, develops and maintains guest relationships

• Handles POS transactions and payments with accuracy

• Ensures food and drinks are made quickly, efficiently and accurately

• Complies with all food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Maintain a clean/ neat work environment

Requirements:

• 18 years or older

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Food Handler's Certificate

• Must be available to work weekends

• Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred

• Show passion about results by setting compelling targets and delivering on commitments

• Meet safety and sanitation standards

• Anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations
