Job Description Job Description Bruster's Real Ice Cream of Las Vegas is looking for full-time and part-time candidates for Team Lead/Supervisor team members to serve our customers a great experience along with the freshest premium ice cream. Team Lead/Expo ($12-$15 per hour plus tips Current $6-$9 Per Hour avg for tips) This is a key position on every shift. This position serves to backstop and support the Team Members by making sure orders are correct and fulfilled quickly to both the counter and drive-thru service windows. All of our team members bring their best each and every time they come to work.

Be relentless and drive the team to maintain a spotless environment for a professional, safe, and fun experience throughout the store and surrounding areas Our Team Leads will: Be a genuinely positive influence as a problem solver to motivate and support the team Coordinate front-of-house activities with your fellow team members through teamwork and communication Stage and expedite the orders to ensure they are accurate and complete before serving Ensure products are prepared, present, and adhere to Bruster’s quality standards Supervise and assist the setup, breakdown, and cleaning of the restaurant and equipment used during the shift Assist with training and supervision of your fellow team members Assist with preparation of cash drawers, cash drops, and other transaction paperwork throughout the shift Team Leads must be at least 18 years of age, available for a variety of weekdays and weekends, and contribute to a positive workplace.
Required Qualifications: A prospective team member must be able to fulfill essential job functions which includes the ability to: Use acceptable verbal English language communication skills (including interpersonal conversation) Make correct change and have competent use of basic math skills Adapt and follow instructions as required with adequate comprehension skills Move freely in and around common store obstacles Work within noisy and crowded work areas and move from one work area to another at a moment's notice Perform some lifting and move moderate loads of up to 50 pounds Operate restaurant and store equipment such as ice cream dishers (scoops), drink mixers, point-of-sale terminals (computers), waffle irons, etc; Effective operation of such equipment requires the use of all limbs and the ability to see at close distance.
Report to work at the prescribed time for each scheduled shift and fulfill the job requirements for the duration of the shift or until relieved by a direct supervisor Follow directions from a supervisor and interact productively with co-workers Understand and follow posted work rules and procedures Receive constructive criticism in a professional manner Perform all work related tasks as assigned by your supervisor Any prospective team member must have a current food handler card and demonstrate knowledge of SNHD restaurant health codes. Preferred Qualifications: Prior work experience in customer service, hospitality, or restaurant as a team lead, expo, or assistant manager Prior knowledge of online ordering platforms and fulfillment processes Experience with NCR Silver or Aloha POS Platforms Full-time availability COVID-19 Policy:
