369 Management Dunkin' is looking for a guest-focused team player to join the team as a Crew Member. We are a local, family-owned franchise of Dunkin', operating 14 locations in New Hampshire & Maine.

Pay Range $17.50 + Tips

Schedule

• Overnight hours required.

• Full & part-time opportunities are available.

• Please let us know your weekly availability in your application.

Responsibilities

• Customer service; processing orders on the register, cash handling, following brand standards and recipes.

• Cleaning and preparing the store for the morning peak-hours. This may entail cleaning, stocking, making coffee/beverages, and taking out the trash.

• Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean and neat work environment.

• Additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• A naturally positive person who enjoys a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent verbal communication.

• Basic math and computer skills.

• Ability to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.

• This is a hands-on position; candidates should be able to sit, stand, traverse, etc. for up to 12 hours and lift to 50lbs.

Requirements

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English

• Capable of counting money and making change

• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)

• Guest Focus - anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations.
