Position Summary

Working in our 24/7 Live Casino Studio you will start and progress your career in iGaming and learn how to manage Game Presenters who present games to online players such as Roulette and Blackjack. You will join a team of professionals who deliver the very best Live Casino Games to players from all around the world.

By joining Light & Wonder Live, you will learn and adapt quickly to become a professional Team Manager working from our state-of-the-art Live Studio located in Farmington Hills.

Team shift managers have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

• Monitoring the activities and performance of live Game Presenters to ensure they are following all rules and regulations set forth as well as maintaining energy on camera.

• Ensure Game Presenters are providing excellent customer service to guests.

• Creating and updating the monthly Game Presenter schedule.

• Constantly review staffing needs and recommending increase/decrease in staffing levels to coincide with business demands.

• Preparing pre-shift meeting documentation, conducted daily.

• Conducting studio walks when on duty.

• Conducting monthly one-to-ones with Game Presenters.

• Attending Operational meetings with Management.

• Organizing and updating overtime, sickness, leaves, absences following company procedure.

• Carry the role of Game Presenter with excellent performance whilst on Shift when required.

• Maintaining constant communication with the Game Presenter team.

• Assisting in the recruitment process when required.

• Assist in the Game Presenter uniform management.

• Maintaining a dynamic, energetic, and motivated work environment.

• Assisting in the training of new employees regarding their responsibilities within the studio.

• Works hand in hand with security to ensure the safety of guests and Team Members.

• Resolves guest complaints and assist with guest incidents.

• Provides regular communication with all levels of management with recommendations on improving effectiveness of operations.

• Supervisory responsibilities include but are not limited to: training and mentoring employees; planning, assigning, delegating and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and resolving employee issues.

Works on short- and mid-term projects that frequently require the application of independent judgment and creativity. Mentors less experienced members of the team. May lead teams / projects / a large function or multiple functions. Leads the design and develops major / strategic products.

Qualifications

• TV, film, acting, acting coaching experience preferred.

• This role is on a shift basis

• Monday to Sunday, weekends and holidays. Night shift is available (7:00pm

• 3:00am).

• Previous managerial experience.
