As the Team Leader for the Nebraska Water Resources team, you will be responsible for the overall financial performance, leadership, management, and continued growth and development of the team. You will regularly communicate with team members on project prioritization, project, team, and firm initiatives, and team financials. You will also oversee the marketing efforts for repeat clients and collaborate with practice, regional, and local leadership to pursue additional client opportunities. This position can be based in either Lincoln or Omaha with travel to either office required.

  • Strong communication skills

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or sciences

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the industry

  • Proven record of identifying project opportunities and winning work

  • Ability to build and establish relationships with new and existing clients

  • At least 4 years of experience supervising others

  • Daily management and leadership of a team
