Team Leader Surgical Suite/Or (Registered Nurse)

The Team Leader assists with the daily coordination and functioning of employees and resources within a department or assigned area. Coordinates staff scheduling, educational/development activities, workflow coordination and delegation. # EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION / LICENSURE Required: â- High school diploma or equivalent required. â- Associates Degree in Nursing required. â- Currently licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State. â- Current Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification.

Re-certification must be maintained throughout employment at Crouse Hospital. â- Basic Life Support certification (BLS) required at the time of hire or within two (2) weeks after hire. Preferred: â- Bachelor#s Degree in Nursing EXPERIENCE Required: â- Minimum of two (2) years previous nursing experience in an OR/Surgical Suite setting.
