Team Leader-Supply Chain

Summary of Responsibilities:

Join a Great Place to Work! We're adding a Team Leader-Supply Chain to join our team as we lead the renewable energy transition to ensure exceptional reliability for tomorrow.

The Team Leader-Supply Chain will lead strategic sourcing teams and work with other team leaders and managers in the asset management and indirect spend areas to implement practices that reduce financial, schedule, technical risks to the company. The Team Lead is also responsible for assisting the Supply Chain Manager in developing effective and efficient supply chain processes, ensuring those processes are consistent with the organizational objectives.

Essential Responsibilities:

In this role, you'll use your bachelors' degree in supply chain, engineering, business or related field and minimum 7 years of purchasing experience to provide work direction to the supply chain team supporting the construction of new assets. You'll develop and manage agreements with suppliers and execute bid-buy purchases for essential goods and services, assist in developing supply chain strategies and plans, and implement initiatives within the supply chain function. In addition, you'll initiate and manage cross-functional sourcing teams for continuous improvement in total life-cycle cost, delivery, and commodity planning and implement procurement policies, standards and controls, as well as contract management and control processes.
