Team Leader

Office Performance is seeking an professional individual to join a local chain that is very well known in the food service industry. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in working with others in a work environment that entails both front of house and back of house job duties.. This is an excellent entry level opportunity for someone who is fairly new to the workforce and wants to gain professional experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations at the cash register as well as the kitchen. You will provide guidance and support to team members, monitor performance, and implement strategies to improve customer service standards.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to motivate and inspire a team, and a strategic mindset to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and work as a team with at 5 other team members at a time
• Take customer orders and provide knowledge and pricing on menu items
• Get customer feedback and implement strategies to improve customer service standards
• Comply with general hygiene rules and upkeep food inventory and kitchen supplies
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints
• Cash management utilizing basic math skills
• Electronic payment management and processing
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Partake in regular performance evaluations and goal setting
