80 Hours per Pay
The Retail Team Leader is responsible for daily operations in the Retail Area in the absence of the Retail Supervisor/Manager. This person serves as a role model, coach, leader and resource person for all area staff.
Gives timely and effective direction to employees and moves resources to ensure quality customer food service. Complies with established policies and standards regarding quality, customer satisfaction, positive work environment and financial stewardship. Exercises independent judgment under the supervision of the Retail Manager, and Supervisor.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Licensure: None required.
Certification: Serve Safe Certified or willing to be certified.
Experience: Food Service experience beneficial.
Must possess effective verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to speak, read, and write in English, and perform mathematical calculations.
