Two (2) Locations Available: Allapattah, Florida and Little Havana, Florida

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Ensures Site Coordinators handle food following safe food handling and sanitation regulations.

  • Ensures required client assessments and file documentation are completed by Site Coordinators.

  • Ensures delivery of all required client services.

  • Ensures that Site Coordinators perform ongoing safety inspections and monthly fire drills

Service Delivery

  • Acts as liason between Site Coordinators and catering vendor.

  • Plans and coordinates client activities.

  • Facilitates client activities as necessary.

Intake, Assessment, and Termination

  • Conducts the intake, assessment and termination processes of clients as required by policies and procedures.

  • Conducts file reviews.

Documentation, Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Completion and submission of timely and accurate Incident Reports, CIP Reporting and any other required documentation as per Catholic Charities guidelines, state licensing requirements, Department of Elder Affairs and COA Standards. Responsible for following up on all incidents reported.

  • Assists in gathering and reporting of required client and service information.

  • Reviews and monitors all log entries.

Human Resource Management

  • Provides supervision, direction, and support to Site Coordinators.

  • Provides orientation and training to Site Coordinators according to regulatory body requirements.

  • Schedules and conducts monthly staff meetings.

  • Ensures that staff receives required training and professional development within the specified time frames.

  • Conducts performance evaluations and/or improvement plans for all staff directly under his/her direct supervision. Risk Management and Quality Assurance:

  • Performs PQI functions as assigned by Supervisor.

  • Participates with ongoing safety inspections

  • Participates monthly in the fire drill

  • Timely and accurately submit Unusual Incident Reports and include all relevant documentation required by regulatory bodies.

  • Must be available to work beyond your regular schedule in crisis situations or if there is a declared agency emergency.

Additional Duties:

  • Participates in all related trainings, in-services, and staff meetings as required by COA and funding /licensing sources.

  • Attends mandatory conferences and trainings as scheduled for professional development.

  • Incumbent will comply with all policies, procedures and requirements necessary to perform the functions of this position.

  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

As a Team Leader, you will serve as the front-line manager responsible for leadership and development of tax office associates, delivering an outstanding client experience, and achieving all office related growth objectives (i.e., clients, revenue and earnings). also act as a knowledgeable resource on tax topics and products to associates, and prepare accurate tax returns for clients, as needed. You'll begin working a flexible part-time schedule in the fall as you ramp up for the busy tax season, then transition to a full-time schedule from January through April. After working a successful tax season, you may find that you want to apply to return for subsequent seasons, or even apply for advancement opportunities. What you'll do... * Partner with the District General Manager to create and implement office-level growth plans, which includes developing local partnerships and managing office community involvement * Assist the District General Manager in recruiting and interviewing candidates for tax office associate positions * Serve as point of contact for onsite escalated client service concerns * Ensure clients are scheduled properly and conflicts are resolved * Lead daily activities to ensure that all tax office associates work is completed according to deadlines, with attention to quality standards, priorities and overall goals * Build an engaging team environment by training and coaching associates to execute on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and recognizing outstanding associate contributions * Lead daily team meetings and communicate essential information to tax office associates * Create associate work schedules and ensure accurate timekeeping and overtime management * Prepare tax returns, as required What you'll bring to the team...
