Team Lead

Milwaukee, WI

In the role of Team Lead, you will be responsible for preparing the service quality plan, manage the team, ensure process compliances, resolution of escalations, Knowledge Management Compliances with the objective to sustain delivery predictability and meet client and internal commitments on a continuous basis for the specific processes under purview within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.

In this role you will be responsible for transition coordination, resource planning and training, performance management of the team, Service level agreement and process compliance, knowledge management, process reengineering, resource optimization and overall governance of the team.

Some responsibilities include:

  • Manages day to day operations, staffing and schedules

  • Ensures delivery of SLAs

  • Manages relationship with client

  • Deploys and monitors process controls, quality assurance plans and risk mitigation initiatives

  • Identifies opportunities for continuous process improvements

  • Handles escalations

  • Submits reports timely

Location for this position is Milwaukee, WI.

Qualifications

Basic

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

  • At least 4 years of experience relating to the job description

Preferred

  • 2 years of team handling experience

  • Experience in the human resources or talent acquisition fields

  • Experience in managing a client relationship

  • Oral and Written Communication Skills

  • Analytical skills

This position is also responsible to serve as a high-level technical expert in the designing, coding, testing, supporting and debugging of new software or significant enhancement to existing software. Specific activities may change from time to time. * Lead a database development team * Provide input guidance on the design and implementation of data solutions for their particular development team * Reviews and evaluate the performance of the development team and of the individuals on the team * Accountable for project deliverables, schedules and quality * Serves an interface with IT and business partners on data warehouse development projects * Create, maintain, and optimize stored procedures, functions, inline SQL, database structures, and ETL processes to adapt to changes in needs and requirements * Reviews test results with business, completes final program documentation, and obtains approval for changes * Analyzes and documents how the business requirements fit into existing system * Works with IT management team on project priorities and deliverable timelines * Independently analyzes issues, uses judgement to make decisions, and takes necessary action * Provide on call support as needed and provide direction to other on call resources as needed * Other duties as assigned Minimum Skills and Competencies: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
