• This position will be required to be located near Richmond VA, with the ability to travel to our Richmond office 1-2 times per week*

Position Summary:

The Manager, TEM Enrollment is responsible for supervising a team of Education Consultants for a large governmental retirement plan.

Position Description:

• Work daily in the field with a group of Education Consultants to assure their effectiveness in providing quality retirement plan counselling and services.

• Responsible for the coaching, training, recruiting and selection, employee administration, as well as acting in a liaison role with a large governmental agency.

• Lead the team of Education Consultants on achieving both quarterly and annual objectives related to contractual requirements agreed to by Voya and the governmental agency.

Knowledge & Experience:

• • Minimum of 5 years prior experience working as either an Education Consultant or Supervisor for either governmental or healthcare retirement plans

• Leadership competencies that communicate corporate vison as well as tactical objectives related to the team

• FINRA Licenses Series, 6,7, and 24; as well as CFP

• Strong supervisory background that includes coaching and training

• Ability to recruit and select new Education Consultants as needed

• Willingness to serve as a liaison between Voya and the governmental agency in matters related to servicing the needs of plan participants

• Competency using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Compensation Pay Disclosure:

Voya is committed to pay that's fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate's geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

$94,370 - $117,960 USD
