Come join our growing team in Laredo, TX! Due to internal promotion, we are currently seeking Team Leads. In our refrigerated facility that operates 24/7, you will be responsible for assigning work schedules, training associates on warehouse processes, and monitoring associates progress.

Full time night shifts: Sunday-Wednesday; 10:00pm-8:30am OR Wednesday-Saturday; 10:00pm-8:30am

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform the duties of a position being lead.

  • Conduct training for new associates.

  • Maintain legible and accurate records or logs as required.

  • Review documents prepared by associates of the work group for accuracy and legibility.

  • Monitor and direct performance of associates within the work group.

  • Open and/or close and secure the building as directed.

  • Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected.

  • Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates as required.

  • Enforce proper procedures to meet product specs, costs, and organization

  • Maintain a clean and organized area at all times

  • Conduct quality inspection activities within the area

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • One year of related work experience required

  • Ability to work in our refrigerated warehouse, 50-degree controlled temperature zones

  • Working knowledge of warehouse and business processes.

  • Good leadership, written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules.

  • Ability to read, understand, follow directions and instructions.

  • Must have manual dexterity to perform computer skills

  • Complete a background and drug test screening

Working Conditions:

  • Varies by job function: Combination of refrigerated warehouse (80%) and office (20%) environment

  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. with or without accommodation

  • Position requires sitting, standing, walking and bending, squatting, and crawling on a regular basis

Working experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
