Bullhorn Professional Services has an opportunity available for a Team Lead on our Streamlined Solutions Group (SSG). The SSG team is responsible for the creation, ownership, and delivery of predefined packaged solutions across all Bullhorn Product lines.

As a Team Lead, SSG a typical day might include:


  • Creating project schedules, facilitating project kick off meetings, and delivering projects on-time and on-budget

  • Managing Client Relationships across the implementation life cycle

  • Partnering with clients to identify key business objectives

  • Aiding clients with Bullhorn best practices regarding user adoption techniques, rollout strategies, and education plans.

  • Leading cross functional teams in the development and completion of key project milestones

Team Lead:

  • Managing a team of Implementation Consultants responsible for project management and technical delivery of solutions on Bullhorn's SaaS platform

  • Performance management including team 1:1's and workload analysis

  • Building process enhancements to reduce the time and effort to deliver solutions to Bullhorn's client base

  • Owning the delivery and maintenance of a suite of add-on packaged solutions available for Bullhorn's existing client base. This includes quarterly profitability analysis, cross-training groups on the offerings, and building new packages when needed

  • Responsible for driving compliance to established pre-sales SLA's and on-time on-budget delivery

  • Representing the Professional Services department on cross functional team initiatives and serves as a point of escalation for internal and external stakeholders

  • Developing strategic plans to achieve margin and quality focused goals

This job might be for you if have:

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience

  • Proven success in a project management role

  • Leadership experience in a SaaS delivery environment

  • Ability to drive continuous improvement in cross-functional processes through partnership with business and technology teams

  • Understanding of and commitment to software values, principles, and practices

Bonus points for:

  • Prior experience in the recruiting industry is desired, as is experience supporting/implementing a CRM product

  • A high comfort level with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

  • Project Management Profession (PMP) certification

  • Experience in customer relationship management

VIEW JOBS 1/15/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-04-14T00:00 PPM / Business Development Leader This position may be filled at these alternative locations: Kansas City, MO / St. Louis, MO / Cincinnati, OH / Missoula, MT / Virtual Position Overview: The mission of the Portfolio, Program and Project Management (PPM)/Business Development Leader is to cultivate and grow client relationships by leading projects - from small six-week engagements to multi-year transformational portfolios of projects (target = 60% utilization); and, supporting the business development pursuits of our account executive and solution engineering teams (target = 40% utilization). The core objectives are to own the execution of projects, programs and portfolios in a manner that establishes a trusted partner relationship with the client; and, apply experience gained through this direct client service to business development pursuits of all forms; from change orders on an existing project to proposal development for a competitively bid advisory and transformation initiative of a new enterprise client. This is an exciting and new hybrid role, blending advanced project management expertise (the 'boots on the ground') with business development and sales expertise. As a member of ATG's Advisory & Transformation (A&T) consultant team, the PPM Business Development Leader will work both independently and in collaboration with the entire A&T Team, our Account Executives, ATG consultant teams, the client, and prospective clients to both deliver and sell enterprise-level strategic consulting services to business clients throughout the world, operating in a wide variety of industry verticals. Key Responsibilities: * PPM Advisory: Develop best practices for Program Management Office/Integration Management Office/Transformation Management Office (PMP/IMO/TMO) planning and build-out regarding governance. * PPM Delivery: Identify, document, and facilitate prioritization of project candidates; organize in to programs; manage as a portfolio; operate PPM IT systems while acting as the primary point of contact for all assigned projects with responsibility for project, program and/or portfolio level deliverables, goals and quality. Exercise project control to efficiently manage project scope, internal/external teams, and change requests in addition to managing project financial including revenue forecast, project margin, and resource allocation. * Business Development: Identify opportunity within existing accounts serving as an advisor to sales team to quality leads identified from various channels. Team with sales to create proposals, RFP responses and also work with appropriate delivery staff to create complex solution proposals and closing potential business opportunities. Demonstrate working the "back-end" of business development, solutions definition, project estimation and client acceptance. Must contribute to the development of ATG A&T proactive intellectual property and marketplace success. Key Experience: * 10+ years in comprehensive account management that includes successful execution of projects and programs within high technology industries, as well as, leveraging PPM strengths and client relationship management expertise to grow revenue. * 5+ years in technical sales preferred. At minimum, must be able to demonstrate experience and passion for engaging with prospective and existing clients and earning trusted advisor status. * Mid- to Senior level experience leading PPM initiatives from CRM, Billing and ERP enterprise implementations to complete digital transformation. * Demonstrated understanding of the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process (CPQ, CLM, Order Management, Billing and CRM); associated vendor community and related industry trends and evolution. * Ability to communicate effectively with a high level of professionalism and command in all settings * Flexible and willing to change and adapt to evolving client requirements; to work in Agile, traditional and hybrid project environments, using all forms of project management tools.
