What You'll Do:

Part of the Retail Media Practice organization, the Solutions Architect team is the voice of the Product team in both internal and external settings. As the leader for the Americas region, the candidate will be responsible with the organization & performance of the Americas Solutions Architects group locally. On top of this organizational responsibility, the candidate will be directly tasked with providing expertise & guidance to our top regional retail partners to help them draw the most value from our platform technology. The role will also require representing the Americas region in various communication & collaboration with our Product, Business, Operations, Legal and Marketing teams. Their ability to leverage their business and product expertise to lead the rest of the organization will be seen as an important asset when working on strategic initiatives.

  • Support top retailers as the ranking Solutions Architect in the region

  • Lead retailer product pitches and discussions across our retailer partners

  • Structure the regional workload of other Americas Solutions Architect to best support the business

  • Be the voice of the Americas market in internal roadmap discussions & the voice of the Solutions team in Americas

  • Act as the local expert & advisor to spread our positioning message and best practices

  • Strong communication skills. The success of the Solutions Architect team

will greatly depend on the ability to learn from global teams and share knowledge with clients & local Americas teams

  • Candidate needs to be autonomous & self-driven, comfortable taking initiative and ownership to grow the business

  • Experience in hybrid roles, commercial accountability is a plus

  • Understanding of the retailer business & challenges

  • Technical background is a plus

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:

$176,960 - $243,320
