Role Responsibilities

The Team Lead will manage a multi-lingual group and is responsible for delivering high calibre customer service and metrics to the client's business customers.

The Team Lead will represent the team in communications with the client and provide all levels of support when necessary. They are the main point of contact for the client and act as the point for escalation.

They are responsible for all aspects of the process and will liaise closely with global counterparts. There will be a strong element of analytical metrics review & input, new process incubation, induction and process improvement.

VIEW JOBS 3/11/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-06-09T00:00 Summary: This position will provide addiction intervention, AODA counseling and recovery support services to clients and their families. This position will provide direct services for individuals with mental health and/or substance abuse problems, and is skilled to work with high risk caseloads, co-occurring clients, families and children, providing assessments, crisis intervention, case management, client advocacy, prevention, and education services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Provides direct services and coordinate other services, resources and people to assist clients in achieving their established service plan goals * Ability to handle responsibility, work independently, and maintain good working relationships with clients, coworkers, and criminal justice system and service providers * Screens and assess clients for their appropriateness for agency services * Counsels and aid family members to assist them in understanding, dealing with, and supporting the client * Adheres to the service hour protocol established by the agency * Completes and maintain all required documentation pertaining to clients (documentation, ECR, finding letter and status reports) * Facilitates client drug test * Assist the supervisor in onboarding new hires to the program in the case management procedures * Provides referrals for identified needs of the client and crisis intervention when needed * Interviews clients, review records, and confer with other professionals to review client progress, and to determine their suitability for program participation * Assists supervisor in conducting peer reviews of service documentation Qualifications * Bachelors degree preferred; in social work, psychology, sociology from an accredited college or university or related field. * At least three years experience in human service field or related field. * Possess CADC certification through the State Certification Board (IAODAPCA). * Knowledge of human behavior for the assessment and signs and symptoms of substance abuse disorders, including pharmacological factors. Specific knowledge necessary for working with individuals and families engaged in high risk behaviors * Knowledge of the ASAM placement criteria and the DSM-IV as it relates to substance-related disorders or able to acquire the knowledge * Knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation; and the assessment and treatment of behavioral and affective disorders * Knowledge of the Code of Ethics for substance abuse professionals * Knowledge of the federal drug and alcohol confidentiality law (42 C.F.R.
