The Principal Sales Operations Coordinator is the backbone of support to our sales representatives. By tracking and monitoring accounts and activity, he/she will create reports and tracking to provide information to our sales representatives about the current state of the market and their clients. He/she will also assist in the sales process by creating product and license quotes for the representatives--a vital piece to closing a sale.

The Day-to-Day

Responsibilities:

  • Provides support to a team of sales (inside/outside) representatives.

  • Responsible for monitoring overall account activity for assigned group.

  • Tracks data and creates reports regarding market conditions, sales results, team earnings, etc.

  • Responsible for lead and order management activities for specified area of sales group (separated by account size or geographic territory).

  • Takes orders on self-qualified leads when appropriate.

  • Prepares product/license quotes as needed for pre-sales customers.

  • Works on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative.

  • Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions.

  • Determines methods and procedures on new assignments, sometimes acting as an informal team leader.

Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 4 - 6 years of related experience.

We are looking for candidates willing and eager to train quickly. Previous experience is not required, however can be helpful during the training process. Could be a stay at home mom who wants/needs to go back to work on a part time basis. All positions have the potential to move into a lead role if employee demonstrates the ability to take on more responsibility.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Opening/Closing Lead and Assistant Baker at our Castle Pines shoppe</strong>:</p><p>The position will start part time during training, approximately 20-30 hours per week with the opportunity of becoming full time with the availability to work at multiple locations, 35-40 hours per week. Must be available to work a minimum of 4-5 days per week year round. Schedule would vary within the hours of 8 AM- 6:30 PM Mon-Fri and on some Saturdays 8AM-4:30 PM. Extra hours will be required during holiday peak times and may decrease during slow periods.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Daytime Lead and Assistant Baker at our Highlands Ranch shoppe:</strong></p><p>The position will start part time during training, approximately 20-30 hours per week with the opportunity of becoming full time with the availability to work at multiple locations, 35-40 hours per week. Must be available to work a minimum of 4-5 days per week year round. Schedule would vary within the hours of 8 AM- 6:30 PM Mon-Fri and on some Saturdays 8AM-4:30 PM.
