Position Purpose

The IT Security SSC supports different regions for centralized Access management, Controls & Operations for SAILPOINT. SAILPOINT is an identity & access management tool where all the business processes and rules related to access management are implemented. The reporting role will play a key role in reporting back accurate information to regional stakeholders as per defined KPI's/KRI's

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

The job holder will work within the PMO manager on a variety of responsibilities including;

  • Establish robust reporting framework across Access management OPS and IT.

  • Create catalog for KPI/KRI's to be reported in different forums.

  • Generate and publish reports on a defined frequency for internal and external meetings.

  • Collaborate with SSC IT OPS and IT teams for different reporting needs.

  • Monitor SLA's for UAM and UAC teams for their operational processes.

  • Develop and build strong working relationships with all areas of the business.

  • Co-ordinate reporting needs for different steering committee, subscriber, and operational meetings, prepare content for reporting.

  • Centralized storage and publishing of reports.

  • Central co-ordination point for all system reports, dashboards being reported to management

  • Define reporting templates and automate the scheduling of reports.

  • MIS reporting as required using Business Objects, Power-BI, Excel & PowerPoint.

  • Good communication, technical writing/diagramming and spoken skills in English

  • Attention to detail

  • Ownership of tasks / issues

  • Good reporting and monitoring skills

  • Service delivery focused (Must be able to handle customers in a confident, positive and responsive manner)
