In the role of Team Lead, Regional Leave, you will be a partner to Supply Chain and the rest of the business supporting effective and efficient management of all Leave of Absence programs with a focus on FMLA and ADA administration and the reduction of unplanned absences in Supply Chain. Bring your passion to lead and drive results, as you will have people management accountabilities for the Regional Leave Team and will manage relevant external vendor relationships.

Compliance & Improvements Bring your owner's mindset, as you'll be accountable for compliance with state and local paid leave requirements (including sick leave) and serve as project lead for ongoing compliance with changes in law. You'll be accountable for ongoing evaluation of leave management systems and processes for potential improvement.
Leave Management Guru Hope you enjoy shaping success! As you will be the subject matter expert to maintain training programs for HR Managers for FMLA and ADA management best practices. You'll help your team shine as you manage team performance for the Regional Leave Team.
Business Partnerships Bring your collaborative spirit as you'll support Supply Chain Benefits Center of Excellence (COE) and other areas of the business by providing leave management data and analysis. Bring your technical expertise, as you'll serve as a critical resource for Plant HR and the Regional Leave Team for complex FMLA and ADA issues.
