As part of the HR leadership team, you represent people analytics throughout the organization and to all levels of seniority. Your responsibilities include articulating and executing vision and strategy, managing and enhancing people analytics technologies and enablement to ensure analytics is usable, actionable, and valuable for today and into the future as needs evolve and mature.

What you'll do

  • Translate complex analytics into simple, clear and impactful insights for senior leaders.

  • Design attractive data visualizations with a focus on a polished and professional look and feel.

  • Provide a people analytics technology vision, strategy and approach for scalable, efficient and automated processes that enable simple and complex data analysis.

  • Consult with HR leaders to identify key business problems that we can solve through analysis and data transparency.

  • Develop and implement data analyses, create visualizations, and perform predictive analytics to provide people insights to the rest of the organization.

  • Define and track performance metrics, develop scorecards and drive improvement initiatives.

  • Develop and implement strategies and drive "best practices" within HR processes.

  • Actively pursue the development and ongoing improvement of self-service reporting and analytics tools and capabilities.

  • Ensure that any data activities are in alignment with data privacy standards. Promote a risk-aware culture when it comes to data. You must ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes.

  • Create forecast models to drive insights and interventions.

  • Integrate and manage large data sets to support decision makers through the interpretation of the combined data into relevant observations

  • Maintain operational excellence on the team by employing high quality methods of data transformation, data cleansing and data integrity assurance.

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education & Prior Job Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
  • 5 years of experience in an analytical role using advanced tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education & Prior Job Experience
  • MBA, Masters in IO Psychology, Masters in Analytics or similar degree

  • People Analytics experience or coursework

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Excel at presenting compelling thoughts and ideas to senior leaders

  • Expertise in creating attractive visual designs

  • Knowledge of advanced analytical and statistical methods

  • Knowledge of HR practices is an asset

  • Understanding and experience with SQL

  • Advanced knowledge of visualization software (i.e. Tableau), data preparation software (i.e. Alteryx), and advanced analytics software (i.e. Python)

  • Experience with cloud-based data lakes and HRIS software is an asset

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
