collaboratively work with team members to establish and secure a consistently confidential and trusted work environment

accurately log and track requests in a streamlined case management tool

support continuous process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities and developing solutions

execute offer letter administration which includes creating, sending, and monitoring the return of specific documents for new joiner candidates

enter new joiner information into specific HR systems with strong attention to detail in an accurate and efficient manner

coordinate communications regarding candidate onboarding status with various stakeholders involved in the process

complete employment eligibility verification processes including setup and monitoring of the background investigation process

escalate issues when required and work with appropriate parties to resolve

Current posting, is in Oakridge Tennessee – Dedicated on-site Building Automation Service Technician. The successful candidate for this posting will be working Monday through Thursday, four ten hour shifts – 6AM to 4PM. The main function of this position is to respond and resolve complex service calls providing technical support and troubleshooting to Honeywell customers. Additional responsibilities related to the technical delivery of small service jobs, time and work material and preventive maintenance may be assigned as well. These customers will have various products installed that fall into the HVAC, automation controls, life safety, fire, and security systems category as well as their associated computer systems. The goal is to insure system up-time and efficiency. Technical and Job Related Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Test, calibrate verify system and peripheral devices. Testing to be performed according to all applicable standards and codes. Verify system functional performance to ensure proper operations according to contract requirements and shop drawings/sequence of operations, etc. Perform system backups, install appropriate updates and patches. Complete documentation of all work done, including all readings, offsets, etc. Ensure all assigned preventive maintenance tasks are completed in the time allotted and the month scheduled. Respond to and resolve complex emergency service calls as required, in accordance with customer contract deliverables. Complex service calls include those on integrated and multi-vendor systems. Diagnose and perform repairs in a time effective manner. Keep abreast of changes and new developments in product and preventive maintenance techniques.
