Mosaic SalesSolutions is an event marketing agency that delivers brand experiences thatbring our clients' products directly to the people who buy them. Advertising Age recently included us in their Best Places to Workin Marketing and Media list, and we are about to expand our team!

We are currently looking for Team Leads to joinour innovative, growing company.

This activation is an in-field program where teamswill throw Grand Opening and Remodel events at local stores creating anexperience that excites shoppers and leaves them wanting to come back. TeamLeads along with their Brand Ambassadors will excite, entertain and informshoppers of everything our Client has to offer.

Training: April 1st - 3rd

Dates:

April 13th, 20th and 17th

May 4th and 11th

July 20th and 27th

August 10th, 17th and 24th

November 9th and 23rd

The Team Lead will:

  • Enthusiastically represent

Mosaic and our client

  • Educate and inform shoppersabout everything our client has to offer

  • Engage shoppers and share keymessages about our client's & sponsor's products to create a"buzz" to gain attention

  • Beresponsible for all reporting, photos, & receipt reconciliation

  • Manage acompany credit card

  • Enthusiastically creatememorable brand experiences for shoppers

  • Work with local vendors and publicservice officers to give the shoppers a fun event-filled experience

  • Provide detailed feedback onshopper interactions and comments

  • Present a professionalappearance

  • Wearspecifically required apparel (all events are outdoors)

  • Attendin-depth and comprehensive paid brand/product training

  • Maintain working knowledge ofall client products in order to be a subject matter expert

  • Set up &Breakdown large scale event equipment

  • Manage &Train up to 6 onsite Brand Ambassadors per event

  • Available onspecific Saturdays and Sundays throughout the year. Several events mayrequire significant travel resulting in traveling on Fridays & Mondays

  • Available afew hours during the week for shipment receiving and communication with

Market Manager

  • Be willing totravel up to and exceeding 500 miles in company cargo van

  • Manageequipment out of a storage unit

  • Work within allotted timeframes

  • On specificevent weeks Team Lead picks up van on Thursday/Friday

  • Must be ableto return cargo van immediately following event on Sunday or no later thannoon on Monday following event if traveling

  • Must beavailable for training, dates April 1-3

  • Be comfortable talking andworking with Store Management

  • Existing knowledge andexperience with large big box stores is a plus

  • Be comfortable driving a cargo van and be willing to park a cargovan at your home during the week if needed

  • Be able to ship, receive andstore shipments - large and small deliveries, up to 2-pallets worth

  • Be responsible for all eventequipment during activations and during downtime

  • Extremely outgoing,enthusiastic and energetic

  • Comfortable educating andsharing product feature and benefit information with shoppers

  • Strong communication skills

  • Dependable and reliable

  • Independent and motivated whosepast experience clearly demonstrates team player abilities

  • Must have access to computer and smart cell phone (Android or iPhone must have internet and app download capabilities)

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds as some event equipment maybe heavy

  • Must complete a Hirevue afterpre-screening

  • Must be comfortable servingfood and grilling

  • Must obtain a food handler permit via online training course that
