The Team Lead Site Planning Support is the driver of proactive and condition-based Service execution and Bonus and upside sharing optimised turbine operation. You ensure that the team maintains and utilises all relevant information from the relevant sources for efficient and forward-looking planning of capacities. Especially it has to be a focus to prepare work diligently if it is complex and / or involving high costs. You ensure that suitable and efficient processes are in place and execution follows accordingly. Acts under the direction of the direct Service Manager AT++ . The team is maintained well motivated and interlinked and communicating to the other local departments by the Team Leads leadership skills.
Responsibilities
You will be leading the employees of the Backoffices in Region AT++ and driving the relationship between your team and the other departments and maintaining an international network in Vestas to support local execution and organisational development of Vestas Service NCE.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for flawless process execution in the local Service organisation end to end and focusing on:
Maintaining correct master data, correct cost allocation, quality control/invoice approval for supplier deliveries, As Built structure maintenance
Planning - long term capacity planning for all works, regional sharing of resources and communication of Service strategy based plan - especially to the Regional Purchase Organisation
Alignment with Technology, Technical Support, Supply chain and Procurement on the Service needs to reach the objectives and ensuring to provide only quality data to the customers
Optimisation of resources, reduction of hiring and subcontracting cost by analysing weekly SAP PPI's and KPI's driving improvements with Schedulers and Supervisors incl. Continuous Improvement Management (CIM)
Main support for Regional Management, providing counseling, tendencies, risks, recommendations on handling KPIs, etc.
Networking & Communication by supporting CRM by information delivery and execution reliability and by controlling the quality of data provided to the Customers as well as participation on request in customer meetings on relevant agenda items
Qualifications
German & English language skills mandatory, Czech/Hungarian appreciated
HAK/HTL graduate with extremely solid combined technical and commercial skill package and several years professional track record or alternatively a degree in Econcomics, Logistics or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and several years in a comparable organisation
Proven performance as leader of teams for several years
Operative for several years in a service organisation
Computer literate, MS Office mandatory / SAP/ERP appreciated
Driving license B
