Location: New JerseyThe Key Responsibilities for this Position are:
Support in controlling and planning activities.
Review and ensure, proper accounting of non-routine transaction with the support of GFRT in compliance with IFRS, IND AS and Global accounting policies
Periodic review and update the SOX controls for NAG and coordinate with SOX auditors
Responsible for handling both Internal and External Audits
Inventory reconciliation and liaison with External Co-packers, CMO, and Supply Chain
Budgetary controls and monthly reporting of actual vs budgets with departments
US Census reporting (Monthly/Quarterly/Annually)
Supporting in NA Corporate Secretarial Compliance
Supporting in Accounts Payable, Banking and Treasury Operations, and Purchasing Cards
Support on Finance/IT integration projects/Adhoc projects.
Support in Small Business Compliance (for Government Contracts).
