The Role

We are looking for individuals with computer skills, proficient with a strong working knowledge of the internet and web-based software. Must be comfortable using the Microsoft suite of applications. Excellent spreadsheet and database skills are preferred. High-energy attitude, and will flourish in a fast paced, work environment.

What You'll Do

At Solera, we believe in providing clarity and focus to the primary responsibilities of the role. The priorities associated with this role are:

  • Data Entry Support: Enters data from a source document into a computer system.

  • Verifies entries for accuracy and completeness.

  • May convert data from one electronic system to another.

  • Performs audits of own work or that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures.

  • May work with standalone data systems or enterprise wide tools supporting activities such as marketing lead tracking, fulfillment, manufacturing, and equipment maintenance or materials transactions.

  • Supervise and assist a team of Claims Administrative Support Staff

  • Train new employees

  • Identify potential technology enhancements needed to improve processes

  • Provide 1:1 training to individuals who require additional training

  • Conducts refresher group training sessions for the team to help enhance their ability to meet expectations

  • Ability to sit for multiple hours at a time and to work multiple hours a day at a computer keyboard.

  • Ability to remain alert and focused during the work day.
