What will I be doing?
As a Team Lead Call Transfer you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Support Sales Supervisors and approximately 20 vacation advisors to meet sales goals.
Conduct side by side and recorded monitoring.
Monitor agents and "call walk" to help set up take overs during the call.
Monitor agents for training purposes on closing, setup and objections/rebuttals.
Use real time statistics to look for take over opportunities.
Be a positive, inspiring and motivating Team leader.
In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company.
Assist in the implementation of goals, plans and projects
Facilitate programs and ideas to improve floor operations
Work closely with floor Supervisors
