What will I be doing?

As a Team Lead Call Transfer you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Essential Functions:

  • Support Sales Supervisors and approximately 20 vacation advisors to meet sales goals.

  • Conduct side by side and recorded monitoring.

  • Monitor agents and "call walk" to help set up take overs during the call.

  • Monitor agents for training purposes on closing, setup and objections/rebuttals.

  • Use real time statistics to look for take over opportunities.

  • Be a positive, inspiring and motivating Team leader.

In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company.

  • Assist in the implementation of goals, plans and projects

  • Facilitate programs and ideas to improve floor operations

  • Work closely with floor Supervisors

Daily monitoring of call queues, staff schedules, adherence and overall call center lead. Daily assistance to call center manager. Primary Responsibilities: * All monitoring of call center staff performance. * Assist call center trainer when applicable. * Act as backup to call center staff including, but not limited to: Processing incoming calls, providing provider referral information and data entry documentation. * Directly responsible for ensuring that crisis calls are processed in accordance with established guidelines. * Directly assist with internal and external customer complaints. * Adhere to all regulatory compliance and internal policies. Required Qualifications: * High School Diploma / GED (or higher) * 4 years customer service experience * 2 years call center experience * Excellent knowledge of call center processes and documentation utilized computer systems. * Knowledge of medical / mental health terminology * Must demonstrate knowledge of or ability to learn and apply job functions, including state and federal laws and regulations applicable to the operating unit Preferred Qualifications: * Associate's degree (or higher) * Microsoft Power Point skills (create / edit spreadsheets) * Knowledge of ICD / CPT codes Soft Skills: * Interpersonal and communication skills that result in effective information exchange and collaboration with new hires, peers and management. * Ability to contribute to the organization's efforts to eliminate racial and ethnic disparities in organizational performance. * Possession of sufficient computer skills to effectively utilize all call center systems, accurate typing and 10 key skills.
