Team Lead, Account Manager
What we need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Team Lead, Account Manager within our Corpay division. This position is located in Brentwood, TN. The Team Lead, Account Manager is responsible for the Account Management team in Operations under the leadership of the manager supporting Corpay's Channel Partner Customers. In this role, you will assist with all aspects of client relationships to ensure satisfaction and effective use of products and services. This position will assist the manager in providing day-to-day account support, problem resolution, research, and coaching for the Account Managers. You will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Channel Account Management and regularly collaborate with other team(s)/department(s).
Role Responsibilities:
Possessing an in-depth knowledge of the functions and problem-solving of the Account Management team.
Collaborating with the team to identify opportunities for process improvements. We are a rapidly growing organization that seeks automation and scalability. Need experience in achieving both. Takes initiative in managing process improvements.
Coaching and mentoring team members in the fulfillment of their responsibilities.
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers and handle escalations with customer executives.
Conducting 1:1's with each individual Account Manager.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Maintaining a minimal account base.
Utilizing Salesforce dashboards and reporting to monitor workload and performance.
Travel up to 20% could be required.
Qualifications & Skills
A Minimum High School diploma or equivalent is required, Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Knowledge of internal systems, processes, and procedures is a plus.
Excellent level of personal organization.
Demonstrated, strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, and follow-up skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in order to properly communicate our product offerings and functionality.
Superior customer service skills are required, with the ability to react quickly and decisively to resolve customer escalations in a professional manner.
Highly responsive to calls and emails; utilizes available tools to track appointments and manage priorities.
In-depth knowledge of products, services and systems; ability to proactively recommend best practices to clients.
Ability to answer and manage incoming and outbound work with other internal departments.
