Your responsibilities

Responsible for movement of raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the facility using a forklift truck. May also utilize cranes, hoists, hand trucks, and other moving equipment to meet job requirements. May perform other general warehouse functions in support of operational requirements.Accurately remove and stock product, customer's product, and various supplies according to inventory plan

Accurately select product to fill customer orders and package them properly

Load and unload trucks and verify that correct items are loaded and unloaded

Picking, processing and packing orders, also may be required to cut orders on Kaltenbach saw

Cycle CountsIdentify, hold and segregate defective material

Complete paperwork per work instructions, when required

Perform general clean upInspect forklift at the beginning of every shift; report issues to immediate supervisor or other designated personnel

Participate, support and comply with all health, safety, ISO and 6S Initiatives and requirements

Teach, coach and demonstrate work activities for team members.Assist in any other duties to support the operation, as requested by supervisor or team lead

Maintain timely, effective, and professional communications with all internal and external customers and suppliers

Train others when required

Your profile

High school diploma/GEDHistory of consistent dependable attendance5 years of warehousing experience especially in metals industry

Shipping experience

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Ability to read, write and perform basic math skills

Previous forklift experience

Must be able to sit for long periods of time and perform bending, twisting, squatting, reaching and grasping motions

Preferred Requirements:
Use of hand held measuring tools

Basic computer skills and knowledge, such as with database programs and Microsoft Office programs.LEAN and/or Quality Control experience

Possess the knowledge of metals handled in regard to proper staging, processing, packaging, and shipping

The Key Holder is responsible for partnering with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to help motivate the store team to uphold our tradition of creating a memorable shopping experience for all of our customers. Specific responsibilities of the Key Holder position include but are not limited to: Sales Generation * Consistently motivates the sales team to ensure they are achieving and exceeding individual sales goals and other key performance indicators (KPIs) as determined by the Company. * Supports the Store Manager in the achievement of total store goals and KPIs as determined by the Company. * In partnership with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, educates the sales team on store sales plan, personal sales goals and store statistics and motivates the team to achieve goals. * Leading by example on Sales Floor and achieving individual sales goals. Customer Service * Creates a customer service focused environment by consistently exhibiting best practices with regards to customer service, sales generation and customer outreach. * Demonstrates sales leadership by maintaining high energy, playing an active role on the sales floor and coaching associates on clienteling processes and standards. * Develops a strong knowledge of Company history, brand aesthetic, brand philosophy and lifestyle and effectively communicates such information to sales team and customers in order to assist with sale generation. * Develops a strong knowledge of Company products, including sizing, materials, construction, inventory level and sales trends and effectively communicates such information to customers in order to assist with sale generation. * Handles escalated Customer Service issues or concerns. * Assists with other Customer Service related projects as directed by Store Manager.
