Team You'll Grow With: HR - our HR team is looking for a Team Engagement Specialist who loves people, loves the mission of Ramsey Solutions, and wants to help build and cultivate an amazing company culture

What Winning Looks Like:

• Coordinate, facilitate and execute our 90-day new team member onboarding program

• Provide excellent communication to new & current Ramsey team members, HR, hiring leaders, catering services, and onboarding presenters to provide a seamless onboarding experience

• Refresh onboarding content to keep it relevant and engaging

• Accurately maintain supplies for events

• Help develop and document learning initiatives for Ramsey Solutions

• Super-serve Ramsey team members by promptly answering questions

• Assist with other HR sponsored events and communications, such as: blood drive, flu shot, updating our company intranet, etc.

Skills Needed to Win:

• 2+ years of Project Management, HR, event planning, hospitality, or relevant experience preferred

• Passion for serving others

• High attention to detail

• Forward thinker who has a back-up plan

• Ability to present to a group of 20+ people and coordinate all the details in the process

• Passion for the mission of Ramsey Solutions

$40,000 - $55,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

• Range depends on the level of skill and overall experience
