Sentara Norfolk General Hospital Volunteer Services is hiring a Full-time, Day Shift, Team Coordinator

• One Year Volunteer Coordinator or Three Years Volunteer Experience Required

• Bachelor's Level Degree in Behavioral Science or Human Resources Management Preferred

• Knowledge of Community Resources

Directly responsible for the coordination and management of the volunteer services program. These services include recruiting of volunteers from a variety of community resources, providing orientation, training and appropriate placement of volunteers, and for volunteer retention activities in the designated facility. Also responsible for coordination of certain hospital/system special projects and programs.

Job Summary
