TC Job Description:

Healthy Schools is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN to coordinate and lead a team of nurses who will administer vaccines to children in the school setting. We are looking for an energetic, dedicated individual who has experience working with children.

This is an extremely flexible, seasonal position that offers an exciting chance to earn income while promoting community health! The school clinics will be held Austin, TX. Clinic hours are based around school schedules but vary by the day.

The 2019 Flu Clinics will take place October - December. The rate of pay is 29/hr for RNs & 25/hr for LPNs.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Communicate with team members to confirm their assignment the night before clinic.

  • Transportation of vaccines and go-kits between district office and school clinics.

  • Monitor cooler thermometers hourly and document on log.

  • Coordinate clinic set-up at school locations.

  • Work with team nurses to assign jobs of each nurse at school locations and work to maintain a positive work environment.

  • Communicate with the Assistant District Manager (ADM) throughout clinic day.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN with current license in state of Texas

  • Valid driver's license & vehicle insurance and willing to drive to and from central office.

  • Current CPR/BLS card.

  • Physically demanding position - must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

  • Willing and able to work a flexible schedule as needed (up to 12-hour shifts).

  • Ability to communicate through text, email and phone.

  • Experience working with the pediatric population preferred.

VIEW JOBS 10/14/2019 12:00:00 AM 2020-01-12T00:00 <p><strong>The VIP Coordinator is responsible for creating an unforgettable first impression for Capital Factory guests and VIP’s, and connecting people to our ecosystem.</strong> Every day Capital Factory welcomes a variety of <a href="" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external">VIP guests</a>. These range from the Mayor of Austin to the <a href="" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external">President of the United States</a>, from Stephen Wolfram to Slash from Guns and Roses, and especially executives of growing technology companies in Austin. </p><p>The VIP Coordinator role includes giving tours (public, VIPs, government, etc.), setting up meetings between visiting VIPs and our leadership, scheduling pitches by startups, and adding new mentors and investors to our community. You own the @CFGuests Twitter account, weekly update email to all staff members, and VIP guest lists for SXSW and other large events. The VIP Coordinator also owns Guestbook for the VIP Department. You will work with the CEO, Accelerator Team, Brand Team, Partnerships Team, Investor Relations and Capital Factory Directors.</p><p>The VIP process can have 4 stages: Outreach, coordination, tour and follow-up. As the VIP Coordinator, you will own this entire process. You are responsible for setting the Assistant schedule, workload and individual tasks.</p><p>Your number one priority is getting VIPs plugged in at Capital Factory. You do this by researching potential vips and fielding inquiries from incoming guests, reaching out, handling communication, deciding who they should meet and how they can add to our ecosystem. You give world-class tours at Capital Factory and are flawlessly detail oriented. </p><p>Whether they are individuals or groups, they’ll want to get a <a href="" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external">tour</a> of and learn all about our innovative space. During their visit, you should be able to articulate information about our accelerator, events, funding cycle, partnerships, and coworking structure to interested parties at all levels.</p><p>From entry to exit, <strong>all guests should feel like VIPs</strong>. You are waiting to greet them upon arrival and leave them with a small parting gift.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>About you…</strong></p><ul> <li>You love startups.
