As Team Coordinator, you will impact a wide range of activities with something new to conquer every day. The ideal candidate is an adaptable team player with the capabilities to change context quickly and wear multiple hats. You'll be the office manager, as well as, administrative support to the leadership team: Global Head of Technology, Global Head of Design, Head of GTM and Head of Product Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, update and manage complex calendars based on a given leader's priorities

  • Manage attendees and logistics of recurring events while anticipating conflicts and resolving scheduling issues

  • Constantly seek areas for administrative improvement while driving implementation of solutions across the leaders you support

  • Prepare and submit expense reports

  • Organize business meals, domestic and international travel itineraries and accommodations

  • Receive and coordinate logistics and necessary arrangements for visitors

  • Manage procurement, delivery, tracking and distribution of supplies and equipment for the San Francisco site

  • Maintain site documentation and onboard new hires to the site on Day 1

  • Receive, distribute and coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries

  • Maintain conference rooms and VC systems in coordination with operations specialists

  • Partner closely with the SVP's Executive Assistant to streamline administrative process and schedule activities for the Leadership Team

Required Skills:

  • Able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner with minimal direction

  • Strong written and verbal communication and can edit work for spelling and grammar

  • Organized and adaptive while managing shifting priorities and high ambiguity

  • Proficient in G Suite (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.)

  • A desire to continuously learn and expand your skill set to meet the needs of a hyper-growth organization

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager or IT Assistant is a plus

$25-$30 per Hour San Francisco, CA 94105 6 Month Assignment
