Digital Services (DS) Digital Analytics

The DS Digital Analyticsagile team - named DS Team Watson - was started in June 2012 and based inWilmington, Delaware. This team was created to lead, nurture and grow thetechnical build out of digital experience measurement solutions.
The group has since expandedinto the area of digital experience optimization insights &recommendations, digital testing and customer experience struggle analysis.
Team Watson, is involved increating digital measurement strategies for all of Barclay's digital experienceprojects. Due to such exposure, this team is uniquely positioned to speak toand influence both short and long term strategy and growth for all of BarclayUS digital entities.
Overall purpose of role
We currently have a need foran IBM Tealeaf Customer Experience (CX) Developer in our Wilmington, DEheadquarters. This position will be part of our Digital Analytics Tech Teamthat provides measurement strategy, customer experience insights & analysisand digital analytics tool instrumentation for Barclays US. As the organization'sdigital appetite and capabilities grow, so does our team.
Performbusiness ad hoc Tealeaf analysis, reporting on customer journey/experience forour various digital assets.
Assistin the performance of Tealeaf administration, optimization, planning, andmaintenance tasks.
Proactivelyreview planned web changes with web teams, to identify and mitigate Tealeafimpact (field data, reporting, replay fidelity, etc.).
Morethan 3 years of experience with/knowledge of responsive web development andfront-end performance engineering skills
Morethan 3 years of demonstrated analytical skills coupled with the ability to formhypotheses and draw meaningful insights from disparate data sources.
1-3years of experience (at the user level) with analytics tools such as TealeafCX, Adobe Analytics (a/k/a SiteCatalyst), Google Analytics
Undergraduatedegree (BS Technology, Computer Engineering, Mathematics), or equivalentcombination of training & experience.
Abilityto perform data analysis for web questions from both business and IT, identifyinsights, and present findings.
Abilityto work seamlessly and efficiently with both local and remote teams, and managefollow-up on a large number of diverse issues/questions
Proficientwith Excel for data analysis, ex. pivot tables
