POSITION SUMMARY Valley Charter Elementary School is seeking highly motivated, energetic and organized teaching assistants to support students and teachers in our constructivist inquiry-based program. We are looking for candidates who are able to work 5 hours per day, Monday

• Friday, 8:00am

• 1:00pm. We are an independent TK-5 charter school.
  
  We are located at 16514 Nordhoff Street in North Hills, California, down the street from CSUN. RESPONSIBILITIES Duties will include 1) working with students individually and in small groups 2) supporting the classroom teacher by preparing materials and giving students feedback 3) supervising outdoor recess and lunch QUALIFICATIONS Experience: Experience working with students preferred.
  
  Minimum Education: Applicants must have a bachelor's degree or be in the process of earning one. SALARY AND BENEFITS:
