Starting Pay: $20.00/hr
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Supervise and coordinate educational activities each day
Supervise and instruct residents/students in assigned academic area
Provide individual assistance to residents/students
Discipline residents/students and refers more difficult cases to proper supervisor(s)
Counsel residents/students regarding behavioral and academic problems
Develop individual performance objectives
Maintain curriculum
Prepare and submit required records and reports (e.g., attendance records, resident/student progress, resident/student profiles)
Requisition necessary supplies; maintain equipment.

Applicant must obtain an Educational Aide Permit and/or have an ESEA qualification. Student Monitoring Permits will also be considered.
21 years of age
Valid driver's license (or the ability to obtain one prior to employment date)
Unusual Working Conditions: May come into contact with individuals who are violent, angry and/or prone to violence.

Dress Code: All employees are expected to dress in an acceptable, professional manner, any employee who has a tattoo must make sure that the tattoo(s) is/are covered up and not visible at all times during work hours. Any visible body piercings, with the exception of professional appearing ear piercing, shall not be filled with adornments during paid work hours in accordance with Clermont County Juvenile Court Personnel Policy and Procedures.
