TEACHER OF SPECIAL EDUCATION

QUALIFICATIONS:

NJ Certificate: Teacher of Elementary School (K-6) with Middle School Mathematics (5-8) endorsement and Teacher of Students with Disabilities endorsement, OR Teacher of Mathematics (K-12) with Teacher of Students with Disabilities endorsement

• Strong background in teaching Special Education Mathematics

• Familiar with NJ Student Learning Standards

• Strong instructional background

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience working with at-risk students

• Orton-Gillingham trained

• Knowledge of curriculum modifications
