Criteria for applicants:
Highly Effective Observation rating
Principal recommendation
Must be willing to attend a 2-day training prior to the start of the school year
Must be willing to plan and facilitate 29 GLMs with their designated grade level/content area team between September and June
Must be willing to attend regular meetings with other Teacher Leaders and Coaches to align on best practices for GLMs and receive ongoing support and development in their roles
Must be willing play a supporting role in district wide professional development days when the focus is lesson and/or unit internalization (facilitation of small groups etc.)
PD to be Compensation at the EAP Hourly Rate

Weekly planning time to be compensated at the EAP Stipend Rate
