Overview:

Plan and execute the program for the classroom geared to the developmental level of the children. The individual will accept and carry out the philosophy of the Child Development Center and policies of the Health System. Performs related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Education: CDA, 9 college credit hours, Associates Degree, or a degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education or related education field.

  • Licensure: Shall obtain at least (12) clock hours of approved child-care related training during each year of employment.

  • Experience: None.

  • Certifications: None.

  • Other:

  • Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Be able to communicate well, work with other people, and know what is developmentally appropriate.

    Equipment Used: Television, VCR, Filmstrip Projector.

Responsible for supplies, stocking, equipment cleaning and patient care in Ultrasound and Imaging Services as needed. Performs related duties as assigned. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. Qualifications: * Education: High school diploma or equivalent. * Certification/Registration: Current BLS or completed within 30 days. * Other: This individual must be capable of: manipulating ultrasound equipment and lifting, moving, and transporting patients, continual standing and walking, recognizing emergency situations, adapting to stressful situations, communicating effectively. Equipment Used: This individual should be proficient in the basic use of computers.
