The University of Miami Health System has an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Teacher Assistant.

The Teacher Assistant assists in teaching a diverse population of children in an atmosphere of kindness that encourages active inquiry, fosters individual growth, and promotes respect for self and others. Additionally, the Teacher Assistant completes assigned responsibilities for instruction, planning, organization, activity implementation, evaluation, child care, and record maintenance.

Core Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• 2 year Program in Child Development
• DCF Certification 45 hours (Child Development Associate Credential or State Approved CDA Equivalency
• CPR Certification
