Adhere to safety procedures
Gather materials and cooking apparatuses required for both kitchen and MOD/Classroom instruction

Provide training necessary for various industry certifications for youth
Strengthen the academic and technical skills of the students participating in the Career and Technical program, help organize small scale catering events obtained through the Career and Technical program
Oversee daily kitchen maintenance
Oversee operations and customer service with food truck deliveries, the facility canteen program; including food preparation, ensure a clean, efficient work environment
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment and oversee all inventory control
Work under the direct supervision of the school principal
Oversee the Landscape Design program: the garden and farm area as it relates to Culinary Arts and the "farm to table" movement and science curriculum integration
