EisnerAmper is seeking an organized individual for the role of Tax Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. They will exhibit a strong work ethic and a commitment to professional excellence and superior client service. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, as this position involves significant interaction with clients and staff. Interested candidates should have a passion for working with diverse entities across various industries, while prioritizing exceptional customer service. This position is based out of our West Palm Beach office.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:

• Candidates must have a strong knowledge of the full accounting cycle including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconcile monthly bank, brokerage and credit card statements, preparation of financial statements.

• Maintain and balance the general ledger in an accurate, complete, and up to date manner, create and enter journal entries as needed.

• Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work to ensure compliance with applicable standards.

• Run and record payroll including related taxes utilizing payroll service reports. Quarterly payroll tax filings.

• Perform other related functions and tasks as assigned.

• Assist in the preparation of payroll tax related returns

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree

• 10+ years of accounting and business operations experience

• Experience filing tax returns
