Tax Reviewer

Global Accounting Solutions is seeking a skilled Tax Reviewer to join our team in our Cincinnati office. As a Tax Reviewer, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in tax law and financial acumen. Responsibilities: - Review and analyze individual and business tax returns for accuracy and compliance

• Identify potential tax issues or discrepancies and provide recommendations for resolution

• Prepare financial statements and reports as needed

• Collaborate with clients to gather necessary financial information

• Utilize accounting software to input and organize financial data

• Conduct research on tax laws, regulations, and rulings to stay updated on changes in the field

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly Skills:

• Strong knowledge of tax laws, including wills, trusts, estate law, and asset management

• Experience with CCH products including Axcess Tax

• Proficiency in financial statement preparation and analysis

• Experience with accounting software such as Quickbooks or similar programs

• Familiarity with double-entry bookkeeping principles

• Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide insightful analysis

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
