Tax Service Development Initiatives Coordinator will work as part of a team that manages initiatives impacting Tax Services products and development initiatives across the internal organization and with its strategic service delivery partners. The Coordinator will work alongside the General Manager and Head of Strategy and Business Development to deliver business proposals and updates to executive management, develop go-to-market strategies for new product lines, identify and resolve ownership conflicts and development delays and coordinate client engagement activities related to our Client Advocacy program. Day-to-day activities involve hands-on experience with all aspects of managing a rapidly growing business and its product development through the full project management life-cycle, including business case creation, pricing strategy, project initiation, integration, scope management, resource management, scheduling, communication, risk management, procurement and reporting.


  • Assist the General Manager and Head of Strategy and Business development in structuring and establishing a Global Tax Utility lift-out strategy with four of the largest global banks

  • Assist the Product Strategy team in coordinating the stages of the SDLC for all critical Tax Priority Projects.

  • Duties will include compiling and publishing meeting minutes, coordinating install and change activities, chairing weekly project and steering meetings and coordinating program calendars.

  • Manage tactical projects and development roadmaps on behalf of the TMS and TDS teams.

  • Manage multiple priorities while adhering to tight deadlines.

  • Coordinating resource activities to ensure activities/timelines are maintained.

  • Ensure adequate documentation is maintained and delivered to adhere to reporting deadlines.

  • Coordinate quarterly strategy review meetings with the Tax Leadership team.

  • Ensure reports; including progress reporting, resource tracking, and forecasting.

  • Work to maintain the risk register, tracking risks, handling issues, etc.

  • Work closely with identified operation resources to assess, coordinate, and maintain scheduled activities to successful completion and client satisfaction.

  • Take a proactive approach to quality management and ensure the appropriate and adequate level of quality is assured in the delivery of projects.

  • Work to build an internal PMO in the tax business unit to support the On-Boarding, Operations and Product development team

Current projects range from a 10M bank, 200M high school bond program, 20M multifamily, and a 100M manufacturing and distribution center. Looking for well-rounded and detail-oriented PMs who know all construction trades very well and have at least 5 years experience as a Lead PM on commercial type projects with a larger general contractor. These positions are full time traveling positions, meaning that PMs are expected to go from project to project as needed.
