Leading a team of tax and industry professionals to deliver tax compliance and consulting services, including mentoring the team to get to know and help their clients by developing a deep understanding of their businesses and delivering the firm's services to fully meet client's needs.
Your experience includes:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related field required.
10+ years of experience serving in a tax role with a public accounting and/or professional services firm.
Significant demonstrated experience managing business tax engagements with a deep understanding of partnership, S corporation and C corporation concepts.
Proven ability to strengthen existing client relationships, new business development and mentoring team members.
Experience providing complex tax planning strategies to high net worth clients.
Current CPA licensure required.
Ability to provide seamless, integrated services to clients.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage and build client relationships.
Ability to coach and mentor members of the team.
Must be detail-oriented and be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Desire to be an intricate part of business development and marketing strategies.
Ability to work independently yet be part of a strong tax team.
