Enterprise Role Description:

Responsible for medium - large projects for an operations department, product or business unit. Provides consulting expertise to line managers on productivity issues, analyzes market and operational impact in the business brought about by the project parameters. Researches and documents organizational reviews, workflow analysis, management and staff analysis. Develops project plans including estimates of cost and resources required. Defines project scope to others outside of operations that may become involved in or impacted by the project. Requires a thorough knowledge of the operations area. May manage staff based on the demands of the business.

Line of Business Role Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing projects and supporting the day to day operations

  • Responsible for Tax reporting, QA/audit reviews, and complex research items

  • Oversight for Global implementation to ensure adherence to all laws, rules and regulations

  • Responsible for tax advisory expertise for all global partners

  • Coordination with Tax EPO, Corporate Tax and other Operations partners to drive direction and implementation of tax processes

  • Proactively manages risk, ensuring that measures are in place for early detection and escalation. Develop and socialize potential risk mitigation strategies

Required Skills

  • Effectively communicates with executives, peers and business partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed

  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and manage a broad portfolio of projects

  • Prior Tax or lending experience

  • Commitment to process improvement. Constantly striving to improve processes and eliminating non value added steps / rework.

  • Strong project governance / project documentation routines.

  • Able to interact with clients and business partners as needed

  • Build strong/influential relationships with key leaders across the enterprise and industry

Desired Skills:

  • Working knowledge of Loan IQ
