The firm is seeking a Tax Manager to oversee all aspects of tax compliance and reporting processes. This role involves managing tax planning strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and identifying optimization opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage federal, state, and local tax returns preparation and filing.

• Develop and implement tax planning strategies for minimizing liabilities and optimizing financial performance.

• Conduct research on tax issues, provide guidance to senior management, and interpret financial data.

• Collaborate with internal departments and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.

• Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required

• 5 years of tax compliance, planning, and consulting experience.

• Thorough understanding of tax laws and regulations.

• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
