Are you a talented and ambitious professional with approximately 5 to 7 years of working experience within the corporate Private Business practice? Then we would like to get in touch with you! Because of the strong growth of our Amsterdam Private Business practice, there is a need to strengthen the team.


The Amsterdam fiscal Private Business practice of PwC consists of a close and diverse team that focuses on both the Family Business and Midtier. The Family Business mainly focuses on Dutch family businesses (such as Quote 500 families and their companies), you advise within MidTier Dutch portfolio companies which are in the hands of private equity and / or smaller listed companies.

At this moment we are looking for an experienced and ambitious colleague for the further expansion of the Midtier proposition in Amsterdam. Next to providing the regular tax advice to clients in the area of corporate tax, innovation box, dividend tax and income tax, you will also have a strong focus on the Amsterdam market and the local networks. Hereby you will be a part of a national Midtier specialist team in which as a group there is close collaboration with other disciplines to further shape and build this proposition.

You will also play an active role in guiding and inspiring starting colleagues in the Private Business team


  • You have completed a master degree in Fiscal Economics or Tax Law;

  • You have approximately 5 to 7 years relevant working experience;

  • You have wide knowledge concerning recent developments in both fiscal and business (strategic) areas with regard to topics that play a role in companies within the Private Business practice;

  • You have gained experience at companies with a dominant owner (for example family and / or PE);

  • You are an enterprising personality who is capable to further develop the Amsterdam Private Business practice of PwC;

  • You are analytically strong;

  • You have strong communication skills and can independently talk to the client about complex tax and non-tax issues;

  • You are capable of developing and maintaining relationships (trusted advisor);

  • You have great affinity with the Private Business practice;

  • You are an enthusiastic and driven team player.

You will have the following key responsibilities: * Business requirements lead * Accountable for implementation of business procedures, processes, templates, applications, etc. * Gate keeper of the Document Management rules and procedures and systems * Run and administrate the DMS for a project * Train project staff and key users to ensure and enable proper understanding and use of the Document Management processes and systems * Take active part in the Document Management network and interface with other departments, share and implement best practices of business * Provide transparency about project status and inform stakeholders of risks if applicable What we are looking for: * You have proven track record in dealing with complex issues, problems and challenges with numerous stakeholders * You are comfortable in steady changing environment and able to facilitate the right actions at the right time * You are able to map business process into software * You are able to lead by inspiration * You are structured, pro-active and able to go into the details * You are a highly motivated, results driven and communicative * Your command of English is strong, both verbally and written * Deep knowledge of the Construction business, preferably Wind business Minimum qualifications: * 8+ years of experience in Document Management affairs incl. experience in implementation of DMS into Engineering & Construction business * Advanced knowledge of O365 * Advanced knowledge of documentation domain: SharePoint The unit as well as the industry is in rapid change and our successful candidate needs to be able to combine a strategic and commercial focus with operational capability building on the foundations already established through the last years of development.
